It is our great pleasure of introducing Alpine Adventure Club Treks & Expedition (p) Ltd (Nepal Govt. Regd No: 27161) ~ Nepal based adventure travel, trekking and tour company / agency. The company was established by Mr. Binod Thapa who has an experience of more than one and half decade long in the tourism / outdoor field. Mr. Thapa, who is founded the company with the genuine aim of providing adventure courses for travelers in Nepal, promoting sustainable eco-mountain tourism by respecting its unique cultural diversity and ecological environment.

The Company's mission is to set up a positive example for all Nepalese trekking and Travel agencies to maintain an economically competitive as well sustainable business practices, thereby aiming to provide excellent services to all the valuable guests and creating employment opportunities to the local people. The Company's head office is located in Kathmandu, Nepal. it has been arranging adventure travel, trekking, mountain treks, hiking, tours, peak climbing, expedition, mountaineering, cultural tours, sightseeing tours, motor bike tours, mountain biking, river rafting, paragliding, bungy jumping, day hiking, Eco treks, Village trek, jungle safari, mountain flight and much more holiday trips for individual, families and small groups. We have also special package trips for students groups and larger parties such as travel agents, Clubs, airlines crews and corporate holiday tour and so on.

Trained & skilled staffs:
All of our guides have trained for and attained a Trekking Guide license provided by the government.  All our Guides are highly trained and skilled in normal First Aid, Altitude Issues and Environmental Protection. Our trip leaders are knowledgeable about the Nepali Culture, Environment and Customs. Our professional and experienced guides take care of the myriad of trip details, making sure everything runs smoothly and everybody has fun. We search out the best leaders for each of our adventure tours. Our guides can speak fluent English, a few of them speak additional languages (German, Spanish, French, and Japanese)  They all are versed in Nepali culture, history, religions, and art, and always will do their best to reveal the genuine Nepal to you. However, their first priority is always safety, maintaining health, security and hygiene before doing anything else!

Staff Life and Accident Insurance:
Alpine Adventure Club Treks & Expedition is an insured company. Our staffs are insured by reputed insurance company for accidents or loss of life while trekking as required by law in Nepal.

Safety:
Our top priority is the safety and security of our customers and staff during all of our trips. Our guides are all thoroughly trained and highly experienced in leading groups through the Himalayas. They all have a special training in first aid and as well in crisis management. In the rare case of an incident occurring on the trek they can organize a rapid medical evacuation. We carry normal first aid kits on all of our tours, which is readily available for both customers and staff but we will recommend you to bring first aid kits yourself from your country because Nepalese medicine some time it does not work properly. We are constantly in communication with our field office and monitor all aspects of government and weather issues that might affect your trip. Also, we are always available 24 hours emergency phoneline. During remote or challenging treks, where the nearest village might be a very long walk, our staff carries a mobile /satellite phone (Not in popular routes) for communication and in case of emergency helicopter rescue is available but client should have cover rescue evaluation on their insurance policy.

On some of our trips accommodation can be quite basic in teahouse, is not always fun, sometimes it's pretty tedious too; overnight journeys can be tiring; arriving in a strange country for the first time can be a daunting prospect and local customs can be difficult to understand...

All these aspects and more can be turned into positive experiences IF you know what to expect and are prepared for it. We'll always try to offer advice about the things you really need to know and we'll also tell you if we think you're making an unwise choice as to which trip is most suitable to your needs.

Fresh and Hygienic Food:
During camping treks, expeditions and safaris, we will offer you always fresh, organic and hygienically prepared food which is served by our private cooks. You can have wonderful international dishes, ranging from Italian, Mexican, Indian and other western foods. Of course we can also offer you typical national food! We always use purified water for washing vegetables and fruits, and for washing dishes and glasses. During treks to high altitude we will adjust our food offered with suitable food to prevent altitude sickness and to provide a healthy nutrition.

Fair & fixed Prices:
Our prices are depend on service quality with hotel accommodations that you are going to use in cities and en tour so we will offer the price after your request but if you mention the service quality (Deluxe, standard or Budget) that you will expect  from us then we will send you the trip price accordingly. Whatever, our prices are the same for everybody, no hidden costs and no commission so please read carefully in includes & excludes items.

Working conditions:
Our staff are free to join any trade union. If a porter gets sick we will take medical care of him until he has recovered. Our chefs and guides are highly skilled and well trained and put security, hygiene and health before anything else.

Eco-friendly:
Preserving our nature and environment is very important. Our staff is well aware of environmental issues and will do their best to reduce any damage to the environment. All the garbage we bring, we take back. (Except for compostable)

If our clients are interested in helping to develop Nepal and Nepalese people or if they wish to do any kind of social work we can help them easily to participate in their interests.

Equipment:
We have good equipments for Camping trek /tours such as down sleeping bag, jackets, tents, Mattress and kitchenware but who wish make teahouse /Lodge basis treks & tours we recommends to bring their own sleeping bag & Jackets from their home town or rent in Kathmandu.

Environmentally conscious:
We run Eco friendly treks and tours, and do anything to try and prevent activities that will directly harm nature and cultural heritage. Our guides are very sensitive for preserving the beautiful nature of the area and they all receive regular training on this subject by national and international NGO, INGO and others.
